We have a private health forum available: the In Strict Confidence forum.

This forum is for people who would like to have serious discussions about personal issues such as relationships, addictions, health problems, weight discussions, spiritual discussions, and so on. It is a haven for you to share your sensitive issues with others with no fear of ridicule or condemnation.

In order to assure a safe environment for people to post, there will be a much stricter set of rules for the In Strict Confidence forum, and the rules will be applied vigorously, with zero-tolerance. Off-topic joking and derision will not be tolerated under any circumstances, and due to the potential sensitivity of the material, anybody discovered repeating information from the private forum will be banned from the Castanet board.
