#1 - Is that true?

#2 - If it is true, who stole his money? Stephen Harper? The banks? The Queen of England? Arabs? Bill Gates? Israel?

Well we know it never stayed in Libya.
Because Gaddafi had Libya #1 country in Africa.
Now thanks to France, UK, USA (and tarded Canada) Libya is a hell_hole.
