As of today, new environment minister has said that the much maligned reduction targets set under Harper during the campaign may remain unchanged until there is time to develop a "framework." Fine -looking forward to it. Let's see how quickly that framework is developed and what changes are made to the targets. Could this be a sign that just maybe the complexity of the issue was just a wee bit underestimated ? um. Are any other campaign promises in the same boat? Could the 25000 refugees being brought to Canada by year end be one? ? um . Just wondering.....
