A lot of articles that discuss meals on a budget seem to always mention restaurants. Don't go to a restaurant if you want to save money. Really? Seems to indicate people eat out a lot even on a fixed income.

It seems that sometimes the people that can least afford it are skipping the dishes. Years of indoctrination from TV commercials have conditioned people to believe that sugar laden cereals are the best breakfast option. Products such as Nutella are touted for their content of nuts while ignoring the sugar content.
A better alternative would be a handful of raw nuts that contains all the natural fibre.
Fibre contained within whole foods is essential for feeding your microbiome which is far more important than we are lead to believe.

The sugar people consume in a can of coke is equivalent to the maximum daily intake recommended. Now add up the sugar in the rest of the food eaten in a day and the amount would be outrageous.

First of all, young children have always dropped dead from heart attacks, but only now
do we have the technology - we are so advanced - and we are doing more testing, so the numbers
are showing up now more than ever. It's perfectly normal.

If a kid does get a heart attack, you can be sure he was born with that deficiency, and more and more
children are being born with the tendency to have heart attacks now - more than ever.

Studies have shown vaccinating children for Covid will reduce
the possibility of a heart attack, by making the kid feel more safe, less stress about Covid. Children do not need
any stress during a pandemic.

Heart attacks in children are normal, and maybe even good for them, if it doesn't kill them.
