Do you have a way to deal with colds...a special brew or herbal cocktail you use?

Neo Citran and Crown Royal at bedtime (cause you're gonna sleep anyway)
You should always treat those with mental illness with compassion, but you shouldn't elect them president twice

I am not a fan of drugs...too sensitive. Neo Citon makes my tongue feel likes it's 2x as big.

I think I will make a rosemary tea. (rosemary, black tea, cinnamon stick) with honey and lemon. I am also take Vitamin C.

Rub garlic all over the soles of your feet, bundle them up in a couple warm pairs of socks, and then keep them warm with a heating pad.

1 Mason jar
1 Chopped onion
Crushed garlic, two cloves maybe
Honey
Shake of ceyanne
Water
Place mason jar under hot tap water to sit first while preparing other stuff.
Boil two cups of water in pot or microwave
Add the hot water to mason jar after dumping the other hot water out. Keeps jar from bursting to the boiling water.
Add chopped onion, garlic couple tablespoons honey, and a shake of ceyanne into the boiled water
Let it sit a few mins Then place the flat part of the lid on top slightly off to the side, not sealed, it might blow up. This is to let a little air in and let it brew a while once cooled you can screw the lid on tight.
Let this stand on your cupboard at least half a day to brew and take a teaspoon or two or three any time you want.
Keep this in your fridge now and use it til it is gone and BTW the bits are fun to eat at the end or you can add more and keep it going up to a week in fridge. If you are careful not to redip a spoon in it and contaminate it the bits can be placed in a fish dish for a supper later. Dot throw them away anyway cos they are brewed to a healthy perfection this way.

If you like sweet and sour stuff this is very nice, you will do it again and again. It is like a cough medicine that cleans the body too. Adjust for your own flavour liking as you go or on your next one, none of the measurements are important, just get it so the jar is at least half full of the other stuff, onions and garlic and water it to the top.

Sometimes I do it just to do it, is all good stuff.

And yes there is lots of medical news about the foot stuff too, for some reason your feet absorb lots of good stuff too and will run it through your blood while you sleep.

I wouldnt use a heating pad at night if going to bed this way, some dont have a shut off and is dangerous, Best to just get a thick pair of ankle socks to put on and go to bed with the stuff on your feet. Some places sell socks specially for this purpose.
I know people who buy them to put lavender in for sleeping.
