Text neck

i tried that position, the head back and clench shoulder blades... and now my back is even worse hahaha any suggestions??? and my shoulder blades like too crack and grind when i rotate them

Take up yoga. It will help your posture and strengthen the right muscles - I haven't seen daria on recently but if you search "yoga" on the board you should be able to find her yoga challenge thread - videos on how to. Though a class is best for a beginner, as we often don't get the positions right though we think we do.

Just as long as people don't have any problems From doing Any real Manual work :dyinglaughing: it's kind of a sign of how our society is crumbling when we are having problems from looking down at our technological gadgets.
