The ones getting the vaccines are the ones that are benefiting. Stay away from those getting chemo (etc.) if you have just received a live vaccine shot/nasal spray (common sense). Old news.

Actually having an infant who just went through that shot the recommendation is to make sure you wash your hands thoroughly after changing because there is a small possibility of transfer from the feces for a month. Especially for those with compromised immune systems.

Don't see why you would mention blame - too bad. I certainly would feel extremely guilty if I caused someone to get sicker because I ignored the advice of doctors. Thankfully I listened. I'm sure some don't.
