I’m pretty sure I’ve stated several times to avoid processed foods…. But it seems some are so focused on blueberries, apples, and oranges.

So you don’t know what’s wrong with corn bread. Seems people like it. But I would prefer blueberriy muffins mys.

So you don’t know what the glycemic load is for corn meal, flour, and sugar? I know… I also know you can google it… it really is simple when you are given bread crumbs to follow.
In fact most diabetics that are serious about their condition has the index and load charts close at hand.
