There are a little over three hours left to vote on this documentary for it to receive funding.

Tim Caulfield investigates a rare disease, laying bare its unnerving nexus of spirituality, neurology and psychiatry.

Synopsis
What if one day your child suddenly begins to exhibit symptoms not too unlike something out of a horror movie? Timothy Caulfield—Canada’s official pseudoscience debunker and host of the Netflix hit "A User’s Guide to Cheating Death"—dives into the real science behind the rare and just recently discovered disease Anti-NMDA Receptor Encephalitis. THE NEW EXORCISTS will not only shine a light on the disease's disturbing history -- the likes of which nightmares and horror movies are made of -- but it will also address how advocating for one’s own health can be critical for recovery, especially when dealing with rare or complicated illnesses.

Thank you Mr Duhaime! This disease nearly killed my girl.

Another Kelowna family lost their daughter who got sick in Edmonton, and a Vernon girl is currently recovering from her first relapse. The Vernon girl's case was only recognized because she came along two years after my girl and one psychiatrist remembered. Had the Edmonton woman been here in Kelowna, her two babies wouldn't be growing up without their mama.

We need need need this documentary to get out there! The more who know, the more sufferers can be saved. Please spread it far and wide for the next three hours.
