Pretty careless but probably not all that uncommon
The Chiro office I go to isn't enforcing mask wearing ( in common wait area. When I raised the concern ( a few saw some without masks so took theirs off too - sigh) I was told they can't ask a patient to provide proof of medical reasons why no masks
May change there are tons of them in Kelowna
