I got some at the meat store in the Guisachan Village Centre on Gordon. Also mission meats on the lakeshore Rd.used to have some. It's hard to find natural casing. I spent lots of time calling the butcher shops around before I found some.

I bought fresh salted natural casings from the butcher in the meat dept at save-on in west kelowna. $6 for a big bag. Probably a lifetime supply for me!
