Looking for CBD Pills or CBD capsules - West Kelowna
Ever since cannabis was made legal, it is almost impossible to find an outlet where I can purchase legal CBD. All the usual places have now been forced to close - thanks DWK. CBD capsules or CBD oil with proper documentation would also be OK. Any suggestions for someone who lives on the west side?
Westside = Bestside...lets keep it that way!

I am also in the same predicament. I hear that vapour revolutions on Bernard Ave in Kelowna sells CBD. I was also using the unlicensed shop on Main Street in westbank. I payed $32.00 for a 30 ml bottle of CBD oil. I hear the same size bottle on Bernard Ave is $62.00 for the same size. I bought a months supply of the capsules before they closed, I have five left, and I REALLY need to get more also. It has helped me SO much. I hear there is a couple of places on Native land where you can get it, but I have no idea where they are. I know after these next five days I will start to go downhill but I can't really afford $62.00 a bottle.
Maybe this post will bring us an answer. You can also get it online from the government cannibis site but what I wanted was sold out and with the postal strike, who knows when I would receive it. I am sure others have been left in a pickle too. It's so unjust. They can legally fill us up with the pharmaceutical opioids but deny us a healthier alternative. Go figure.

The CBD BC Cannibis online store costs $73.99 if and when they have it in stock.

I'd be interested in the answer too ... would stop me from asking friends who are going to visit Vancouver ...

Everything is open in Vancouver still. Otherwise, Kamloops. The municipalities and RCMP around here are being sticklers for some weird reason.....when it was illegal all was fine. Now that it is legal, they are enforcing things.

Check out the BC Gov't website, there are two places to look:
High CBD
High CBD
Oil:
Also if you have the medical forms from a Dr you can go to a a supplier's website and apply for CBD directly from them. I believe THC BioMed has CBD for those who have a medical ok. You'd have to go onto their website and either contact them or just sign up.

If it's not a provincially certified dispensary then it's closed down until it does become one.wanderer wrote: Is Black Crow Herbals is still open on Hwy 97 in West Kelowna.

Yup, knew once the government got involved, prices would sky rocket! And the little guy loses out again.kelownman wrote:The CBD BC Cannibis online store costs $73.99 if and when they have it in stock.
If anyone knows where the native land one is that is already open, please can you let us know. It was on global news, but it didn't say where it was or the name of it. Thought the country was going to pot, in more ways then one, but apparently just for the recreational users who can still get it from the black market. Those who want just CBD for health purposes are denied. Well maybe not for the wealthy. I just seem to be getting denied any medical help I need from all angles due to costs. This past year is the first time I have experienced this. Being healthy shouldn't just be for the wealthy. But that seems to be where we are headed.

I have the government form from my doctor allowing me to purchase legally. It's not that I can't find CBD oil or capsules, I could get it from Bernard Ave or the online site, it's the cost. It used to be available to me for $32.00, now through the government the same bottle is $62-$72.00 a bottle. That would be a two week supply. I would rather be hungry and healthy so I might have to break down and spend it I guess. Will see what happens when I am forced to be without by the weekend.

I know THC BioMed .com, who are in Kelowna have always said they are determined to keep their product affordable. Don't quote me but I think they may have supplied the compassion clubs in the past. I recently contacted them about CBD and they have CBD products and do sell directly to medical clients. The only way they can sell to recreational clients is through the gov't website at this time.binky11 wrote:I have the government form from my doctor allowing me to purchase legally. I've driven by the dispensary in Lake Country on FN Land, beside the Holiday Park Ship ... unfortunately it is still being renovated.

I just looked up the compassion club in Kelowna. Here is what it said.
BeKind has been serving the Okanagan since 2009. In July 2018 we closed our doors until we receive licenses from both the City of Kelowna and Vernon as well as the Province of BC. We do not have a timeline of when we may be open again, but we now anticipate being open again in early 2019. We thank you for your continued support and hope to see you all again soon!
Dang, another dead end.

Without provincial certification, it's online purchases or go to only dispensary open. Which is in Kamloops.binky11 wrote: I just looked up the compassion club in Kelowna. Here is what it said.
