was just in at costco and they have a 55 inch samsung 4k for around 550 and 65 inch for around 900. throw away the RCA

Open it up and look on the circuit board for any bulging capacitors. That is usually the issue with them they use inferior capacitors. If you identify some that are no good it's not all that expensive to have someone solder new ones in

Especially the power supply. Electrolytics have a limited lifespan and gets shorter with hot temperatures. If it ain’t caps, then the issue is harder to find
