I have had exceptional success with my planning using RBC Dominion Securities.
The planners there are well trained and receive a salary so don't push any old stock market crap on you.
I had a company I used up north that called themselves 'Financial Planners'.
They were stock brokers that pushed 'products' and many people lost lots of money with them.
IMO - Canadian banks are the best option for keeping your Canadian money safe and there when you need it.
When was the last time you heard of a Canadian Bank going bankrupt ????
