House and RV Insurance
We have had our House insurance through the same Agent for over 20+ years and recently got the renewal notice.
It seemed a bit high to us so we got a quote from one of the major Canadian Banks where my Wife is retired from. The employee discount is 10%
It's a good thing we checked because we just saved over half what the other company was going to charge us for both the RV and the house!
That's $1000.00 in our pocket and not theirs!!!!

My Wife asked me if I knew what her favorite flower was?
Apparently "Robin Hood All Purpose" was the wrong answer!

Makes you wonder what you could have saved over the years?
I assume you checked the fine print and everything is covered as before if not better!

It wouldn't be a bank with two letters in their abbreviation would it, because we halfed our insurance and then some going to this bank. The former insurer sent us a bill for more than $1600 just for the house, so I phoned this bank and walked away paying just under $800. That was last year. This year it's up a couple hundred, but still a lot lower than the previous place.

My Wife spent about an hour on the phone with them and there is only one small difference. Otherwise identical.
