Has anyone needed a replacement part for their installed bath/shower?

Having difficulty getting the replacement part as there doesn't seem to be a rep
in Kelowna, or if there is...........does not reply. Have contacted head office in the
east and they refer us back to local.

Apparently the parts at local hardwares and plumber supply does not fit.

The spring loaded tub closure.

So then, that would be a hinge and not a plumbing piece?

Its the stopper for the bath tub drain.

Hardware store should carry those.

And if the hardware store doesn't have the part, they will have a replacement for the entire drain.
