Flashbacks was, the Cannery, The Casbah(sp)
There was Dusty's, where the Pita Pit is or was.
Conncetions which is Cheetah's
The Cave- the old A&B Sound
Gotcha
Weninger's Post House- now the OK Corral
Splash's
There are more but as a frequenter of these places back in the day I fear I've incurred some memory damage and can't remember them all.

not sure how many names remain, haven't been there in over 3 years - some are a teeny bit older than that though

Dusty's and Anthony's were my regular stomping grounds. I loved Anthony's ladies night every Wed because they gave the ladies free 4" potted plants. First time I saw Chippendale dancers was at Anthony's. I think I'm still blushing . So many good times were had back in the day.

The Silver Spur also had the Chippendale's on Ladies Nite, we used to call it the Cattle Call. Men where allowed to have a drink in a separate area and allowed in after the show. The Spur was called another name in the late 60's early 70's but it escapes me. Too many nights spent in Ernie's and the Spur I guess.

I think the Silver Spur was called the Koko Club at one time (memory is a little foggy).

Right you are! KoKo Club it was. Funny though, this is the name of my dog. Subconcious good times perhaps.
