Are you saying different cultures have different lower arm lengths???..(elbow-fingertip) :127:

I'm guessing that would be why the standardized measurement is the lower arm length....
mine is 46.6cm

Today I Iearned that Norway is not part of the EU.

Learned previously: the BC Employment Standards Act (minimum wage, overtime pay, etc) does not apply to engineers, lawyers, real estate agents, medical doctors, foresters, and the like.
