Incidentally, this is the best 5-Star hotel I have ever stayed at.

Could it be that the settings are for Canada rather then the USA? I did that once and it caused problems with mine.

I hope that you're on the mend! And I hope that you're able to vote one way or the other.

I hope you get out soon.

On another note, I have really really really really really bad news for you. The river has risen in Grand Forks, so they had to move the polling station into the Sacred Heart Catholic Church! http://www.grandforksgazette.ca/news/

LOL Glacier ... why do they have polling stations in private religious buildingsÉ

The advance polls were being held in City Park which is now flooded. However, the election day voting is at a different location ... high and dry (and another church).

I did find out about voting in the hospital - yes, they will come to me :D

Now, about this keyboard ... what are the magic buttons that switches it back to the regular oneÉ

Yes, you're working on a french keyboard.
If you're running windows, at the bottom right near your clock should be a little picture of a keyboard.
change it back to US, even if it says it is, switch it to something else and then set it to US
The trouble with having an open mind, of course, is that people will insist on coming along and trying to put things in it.

Thanks, Nom - that's even easier than what I did to get it back. Good to know.

Out of curiosity gramma, are you working with a machine of your own, or one provided by the hospital?

Is this thread about mobile polling stations or is it about the quality of BC hospitals? Because I think that is two separate topics.
