Ladle tehMa, you forgot one option: you can't vote because all candidates are acclaimed.

Don't vote, Don't *bleep*. We always plow through the candidates mandates and try to make an informed decision. We always vote.

I provided one vote for Mayor, 5 votes for Councillor, and 3 trustees based on my research. I based a lot of my decisions on the answers provided through the Castanet " Questioning the Candidates " series of questions.

I did largely the same. Given her answers here, I'm surprised Beryl Itani is placing as high as she is. Nice lady who's done a lot for the community, but she seems a bit clueless on the issues.

29,783 showed up to vote out of the roughly 93,355 eligible voters (31.9% of the population). To get that number I just took the info from 2011 census and subtracted the 0-19 category (yes I know 18 year old's can vote) from the total population.
