Morning everyone! Just reading through this thread (since it's only 4 pages long right now) and surprised that there are others with the sciatic nerve problem. I've been dealing with it for about 8 years now, but nothing as serious as Jenny Jenn or ferri. Hugs to you Jenny Jenn, hope everything works out and you DON'T have to go the back surgery route. That would be terrifying!

try my tummy trick. :lol: i was amazed it worked. i still do it when i feel it coming on. i was to the point that i couldn't bend over to tie my shoes because the pain almost made me faint. now i can tie my own shoes again. i am so proud. :lol:
