However it appears at this point it's just the latest fire that was started by an idiot carelessly discarding thier cigarette out a vehicle window. I have to question the mental compacity of anyone who tosses thier cigarette out their window at the best if times. But during this time of year the person should be charged with attempted arson even if it doesn't start a fire.

...funny - we were just talking about this exact thing this morning...why not call for a ban on any and all open burning - including all campfires and backyard pigs/chimineas...
