Dance as if no one's watching, sing as if no one's listening, and live everyday as if it were your last.
Life is not about waiting for the storm to pass. It's about learning to dance in the rain.

Whew I was waiting for the anti smoking crowd to chime in and blame it on the smokers. :-)Jx3 wrote:

Aaahhhh me...trust the Forum to bring some much needed levity to life. Thank you all...I got a good smirk from all the posts so far.
Joe Rich was until this evening...at least at the far south east end of our sector pretty clear. Then about 5 the smoke rolled in from the south. When I drove by the fire centre this today it looked pretty quiet...no smoke.
Maybe Woodenhead might be able to fill us in with a more 'on the spot' and 'in the know' 'insider information'.
I'm thinking it might be a culmination of the fires south of us and to the north collecting in our Valleys.

Now it's dark out, sure. WoW Swoop, revelation!
But when I was out doing yard work, you know, when it wasn't dark out, I watched the smoke envelop the entire mountain. It wasn't dark out. I could see my sunflowers, carrots, kale and the smoke, enveloping entire mountain in less than an hour.

As WW3 develops, no one is going to be dissing the "preppers." What have you done?

It's from everywhere. There's a news item about it here on this site.

(At risk of sounding snide, but do people really not check the news here before posting? Geez.)

So, this is what it's like to live in China...
