What they should do instead of approaching campers who have fires burning is call in one of those planes that drop water on forest fires and have them do a fly by and douse them with a few hundred gallons of water.

Effective and funny all at the same time.

Coloured fire retardant would be better, then everyone would know who the "stupid" ones really are.
