Your right its not a business but its also not there job to create jobs there supposed to be managing our tax dollars not recklessly spending in an effort to create jobs im sure glad none of you are in charge I can see it now 8 lane highway across the country tunnels and bridges made of gold bankrupt a year later

Oh and by the way the goal should be to make a profit or at least break even not run a deficit so yes it should be run like a business
