For those interested in the root of human civilization and migration across the globe....the scientific, historical version, not the biblical one:

https://genographic.nationalgeographic. ... n-journey/

When humans first ventured out of Africa some 60,000 years ago, they left genetic footprints still visible today. By mapping the appearance and frequency of genetic markers in modern peoples, we create a picture of when and where ancient humans moved around the world. These great migrations eventually led the descendants of a small group of Africans to occupy even the farthest reaches of the Earth.

Our species is an African one: Africa is where we first evolved, and where we have spent the majority of our time on Earth. The earliest fossils of recognizably modern *bleep* sapiens appear in the fossil record at Omo Kibish in Ethiopia, around 200,000 years ago

According to the morphological study by Turner et al. (1993), the so-called Sinodont dentition in northern-Asian peoples occurred ∼18,000–25,000 years ago. A similar dentition pattern predominates among all the Southeast Asian populations and was thought to be ancestral to the Sinodont pattern. Consequently, this sequence of dental evolution tends to rule out an 18,000-year colonization dating—the lower boundary of our age estimation—which was based on an overestimated effective population size. In addition, archaeological evidence from the Altai Mountain and Lake Baikal regions of southeastern Siberia are beginning to show the presence of modern human lithic cultures of 25,000–45,000 years ago (Vasil'ev 1993). Therefore, the first entry of eastern-Asian populations should predate the emergence of the lithic culture in northern Asia. Recent evidence from archaeological studies indicates that Papua New Guinea was settled ∼35,000–50,000 years ago by modern humans, aboriginal Australia perhaps even earlier than that (Brown et al. 1992; Swisher et al. 1996). Hence, if we accept that mainland Southeast Asia is the homeland for all eastern-Asian populations, including Siberian and Oceanian, the upper boundary of the M122-lineage time depth—that is, 60,000 years ago—seems to be a likely estimation of the initial colonization of eastern Asia by modern human populations from Africa

Humanity's common ancestors are identifiable because their lineages have survived by chance in the special pieces of DNA that are passed down the gender lines nearly unaltered from one generation to the next. These ancestors have been identified in the growing body of fossil and DNA evidence, which indicates that modern humans arose in sub-Saharan Africa and began migrating out of Africa about 65,000 years ago, first to southern Asia, then China, Java, and Australia and the Middle East and Europe. Later still, they migrated from Asia to the Pacific Islands and the Americas

How can anyone really not understand how evolution works ???

As for your comments about secular education - so...not to be trusted unless it is a Christian institution? Correct ?
and...the University of Stockholm is a religious school is it ??????

Your 'holy book' is not a history text, sorry.
It is a book of tales, handed down from one person to another, written less than 2,000 years ago.

That's your 'proof' is it ?
Anything that is not contained in the bible is nonsense ? :200:

Sure hope you never have to rely on modern science, technology or medicine.

Your fairy tail of humans come out of trees is only a theory......get over it.

Explain to me how people/monkeys from trees in Africa become Chinese, European, Indian?

My brother in-law had his DNA and there is no monkey business in his DNA? How come?

Lots of maps but NO EVIDENCE!!!!!

Joe, your lack of knowledge of scientific facts is really quite astounding.
Nothing posted has anything to do with evolution, so I'm not sure exactly why you keep going on and on about monkeys - except for the fact that you have nothing to back up your beliefs but a 2,000 year old book.
( Never mind the fact that you are showing absolutely no basic understanding of the principle of human evolution in the first place )
Every link posted is about human beings...*bleep* Sapiens ( and yes, that is our official classification , it is a real thing ). Modern day humans ( modern on the scale of the earth's history )
The articles are about the ancient migration and settlement of humans around the globe and the genetic markers which prove our historical connection. They are not about how humans evolved as a species.

Perhaps read the genealogy paper instead of just looking at the pictures and maps.
As to why there are different 'races' of humans...again, brush up on your basic scientific facts about genetics, biology and environmental influences.

And no, humans do not carry monkey DNA, because monkeys never turned in to humans.

Science is not a theory and every day new technologies and new data are assisting us in piecing together our history - and doing more to dispel antiquated religious theories in the process - so, get over it. Science isn't going anywhere.

LOL You don't even believe in your own evolution theory....it's only a theory! It's not science it's a bunch of guessing.

From your theory....

Image

This is your evolution theory:
2 million to 1.8 million years ago, early humans left Africa and migrated into Asia. Then 1.5 to 1 million years ago moved into Europe. It took more modern humans more time to get to many parts of the world. For example humans only got to Australia within the last 60,000 years. The first civilizations rose within the past 12,000 years.

We came out of the ocean....

I don't think they brainwash people with that theory anymore....

So...by the evidence of your own admission, you don't look at the information presented before you. I am not going to do your homework for you and if you haven't seen both sides, then .........what's the sense of even trying to debate with you?

EXACTLY.....there is NO point!

Biblical location of the Garden of Eden! Goshhhh it's just happens to be in Mesopotamia! Isn't that just happens to be just where most of the evolutionist post where civilization was....

Genesis 2:10–14 lists four rivers in association with the garden of Eden: Pishon, Gihon, the Tigris, and the Euphrates.
