And I am not at all alone in being completely disgusted with Christy and her ChristyLiberals' lack of morals, ethics and her downright DISHONESTY(lies) to the point where we will NEVER vote for her or her ChristyLiberals!!

On the question of who would make the better premier Clark came out ahead of Horgan 30 to 28. Also, it's the younger voters, those under 35, who are helping the NDP get that slight lead in the poll. Over 35 is a different story. Finally, a lot of people who might now say they'll vote NDP may well change their mind when they hear more about things like the Leap Manifesto.

This poll published in the Vancouver sun a couple days ago says that Christy is in last place in the approval rating contest. It's highly unlikely, probably impossible even, to have the lowest approval rating and also be in the lead of who would be the best leader..

There's something about that poll that simply doesn't make sense. According to the poll Christy Clark has the highest disapproval rating, Horgan has lowest disapproval rating, Christy also scored as the least trustworthy, Horgan scored as the most trustworthy ..so it's really strange that anyone would consider the least popular, most untrustworthy leader the favourite to lead..
It's becoming more and more obvious why polls can't be trusted.

I agree Hurtlander. The polls are there more for our amusement than anything else. Just ask Premier Dix and President Hillary Clinton what they think of polls. So much depends on the questions being asked. I'm in the majority who will be disappointed if the Liberals are re-elected on May 9th. It's just that I'd be even more disappointed if the NDP won.

I guess Horgan was lying when, in his own words (on video), he said he would bring in his own leap manifesto...

We've heard a lot about Martyn Brown on here. For those who don't know he was Gordon Campbell's Chief of Staff but after Campbell left office Brown decided he was on the wrong side. Anyway, here's his prediction about the election:

It would take a minor miracle at this point. All indications are, notwithstanding the collapse of the B.C. Conservative Party, which was perhaps predictable, the universe for the NDP is much, much larger than people have conceded, or understood. I think the current government isn’t doing anywhere near what it needs to do to reverse the tide of public opinion.
