I wonder where all of those NDP MLA's will go for jobs as they are barely qualified to be Walmart greeters.

No problem for them. The unions have kept their seats open for their ultimate return. Kinda like those 8 BCTF regional presidents who are presidents of nothing after their regions disappeared. Only losers here will be the poor union workers who will have their strike funds and union dues jacked drained to put the greasy old NDP slugs back into the union halls.

There certainly appears to be a lot of 'union envy' on this and other threads today. If you have a well-paying job with benefits such as vacation pay and health care, you can thanks the unions that put a stop to slave labour in this country.

The Green Party may very well pick up a couple of seats on the Island, but they will likely be those two that were held previously by the BC Liberals.

because they only exist to funnel cash into the pockets of the union fat-cats. Look at the corrupt and disgusting BCTF as just one shining example of total exploitation of the workers. Teachers pay the highest dues in Canada, and for what? A Marxist political organization. not an organization dedicated to helping teachers. The BCTF is a dinosaur that should have been disbanded years ago!

The highest court in the land took 20 minutes to decide who was the 'corrupt and disgusting' party in the BCTF vs. BC government lawsuit that Christy stubbornly kept throwing taxpayers money at. After 15 years of fighting a losing battle and short-changing our kids, Christy finally lost, then promptly tried to spin it in her government's favour. That's about as sleazy as a political party can get.

The BC Liberal party should have been 'totally wiped out' years ago.

At the debate he made it clear that he wouldn't rule out working with either the Liberals or the NDP. That's exactly what he should be saying. He went on to say the Horgan and the NDP opposed every single thing that the Liberals proposed no matter what. Opposed for the sake of opposing and Weaver wants to do things in a new and more collaborative way. That sounds good to me.

What Weaver said about the NDP is simply not true.

All parties worked together on the drug crisis.

If I were a leaning NDP voter thinking of the Greens
I would NEVER vote for a party that might prop up the Liberals.

Fortunately a lot of voters are far more pragmatic, and things like a major Bank already suggesting people not invest in BC, for fear of an NDP win, speaks volumes, not to mention eye openers like that could sway them to make up their mind in a heartbeat.

I've been waiting for the fear-mongering to begin after the #IamLinda twitter feed went viral. That was quite a blow, wasn't it Christy Fan Club members? Especially only 10 days before the election. One of you should volunteer to follow her around on the bus so you can be more proactive when it comes to damage control.
