Interesting to note that the wind acts as an 'idiot multiplier instrument'. I'll bet the idiots have been tossing butts out there for weeks. We have not noticed as much due to the calm winds. But last night and today the winds are brisk again. No doubt correlated to the several new fires around here. (Merritt, Kelowna airport, Naramata...)
