i suggest that; you don't insult or make assumptions about the surgeon before he/she performs brain surgery. It will not turn out well and never in your favor.

This past Tuesday night, I finally go rid of the remaining causes for the slowness you were seeing with our websites. There were numerous things that contributed to the problem, so just when I thought I had it solved something else would cause me some grief.
Anyway, hopefully things remain stable now for a very long time.
