Kettle River

Post by gman313 »

The Kettle Valley River has completely flooded the Kettle River RV Park. A lot of nice trailers and set ups in pretty deep water there. Photos on their facebook page

The Kettle is approaching an all time high record. The West Kettle is already beyond anything ever seen before. Same goes for the Granby.

Hey, that's my cousin's coffee shop in that picture of downtown Grand Forks.

The picture must have been taken before the flooding got even worse, as there is a long row of sandbags in front of all those businesses now. The entire block is closed.

The waters rose significantly overnight. Today's pictures are unbelievable. It's about 2 feet higher than the 1948 flood.
