When they foul up the distances so badly, it makes me wonder how accurate the rest of it is

Crap... good catch! Fixed now... I think. Distances are from city hall to the point where the fire started, as the crow flies.

The Snowy Mountain wildfire near Keremeos has grown dramatically to 6,125 hectares, driven by high winds, once again making it the largest uncontrolled blaze in B.C.
