Mt Eneas / Goodes Creek Fires Before and After
These are some of my photos taken on Monday July 9th 2018, a week before Mt Eneas and Goodes Creek fires began.
Latest update:
"August 10, 2018: No toilet facilities at Reluctant Dragon Cove and Commando Bay
The pit toilets at Reluctant Dragon Cove and Commando Bay were destroyed by recent fire activity; though the areas are open, there are no toilet facilities at these two sites."
The beaches and campsites were hidden gems, untouched by the 2003 fire with trails that led to them showing considerable growth over the past 15 years.
It will be interesting to compare aftermath photos, particularly once when we have access to the park.
