Here's a 60 yr old Quebec man who has apparently been getting away with creating victims for years.
The Quebec police are arrested his useless carcass to make him answer for the possibility of having victimized many people.
What makes people let guys like this get away with it for so long? Shame? Humiliation? Guilt?
Let's hope the Quebec police FIND this new creep's victims so that they can testify.
