Ogopogo is real, I talk to him all the time. Yes, he speaks English but early-modern English like in Shakespeare's time.

No - it is definitely Ogopogo. I saw him on a floaty going down the river channel - AND - he's in big trouble - he floated right past the sign that says "STOP - Do Not Pass This Sign"

I believe it is a seiche. It's come up before on an older thread.
