So we don't go off topic
I know when discussing some things it's hard at times to stay on topic so here's a spot for general discussion. I hope this helps keep topics on the rails.

Okay, I'll bite.
What time does the Globe come out on Saturday's? What time do they publish online? Just asking for a conservative friend?

What happens when we mix up communism with socialism and can't tell the difference anymore?
As WW3 develops, no one is going to be dissing the "preppers." What have you done?

I dunno, but I can tell you what happens when we mix up corporatism with capitalism. Three months after receiving a "Job-Creation Tax Cut" of 1%, Cenovus cuts 150 million out of the capital budget (oppsy, less jobs) and increases the dividend by 25%.

Thanks normaM. I slept in this morning - gawd, great sleep last night. I was asking for a friend. I suspect the whole Globe thing was just an issue with the high cost of prescription drugs - someone on twitter might have gone off their meds yesterday.

Thanks for the stock tip. Looks like a good one to own.

Re: So we don't go off topic
I'm going to be right on topic here because I'm going to talk about not going off topic.
The mods do a great job even when they zap one of my posts. One poster in particular is a master at going off topic and then reporting anyone who posts a response to her off topic post. Very clever!
I know why the mods draw a line because if they don't a discussion of Andrew Scheer's policy on the environment can turn into John Horgan's decision about Daylight Time. Easy to drift!
So here's to the mods who do a great job despite those who report any deviance to the topic (even ones that they caused to begin with).
Now, just in case I drifted a bit:

This just in: Justin just learned that Pierre and Maggi were two of very first parents to be involved in the college admissions bribery scandal..
Sadly, Justin doesn’t understand the reference

This just in: Andrew Scheer releases statement on NAFTA.
For far too long our softwood industry has been crippled. NAFTA is a bad deal. We’ve been hurt by it and our economy has suffered. That’s why, the moment I’m sworn in as Prime Minister of Canada, I intend to tear up the current agreement and impose crippling tariffs on the Canadian softwood lumber industry.

No Globe story coming, notwithstanding the grilling their reporter gave Trudeau on Friday afternoon about his past.

I can see Andrew competing in " Dancing with the Stars" Cons still running the most neg campaign, when you losing what else to you have for ammo?
