If so if it only seasonal & want to go green it is better to use Solar power than getting cable running under Kallake

Yep, some are already running solar, others are running diesel/gas generators, etc.

Call these places what they are. Executive homes. quite high end too.

know who's wallets get pilfered to attain the luxury.

the same wallets that installed power to every other home owner in BC just because these are better homes than yours don't mean they should pay for BC hydro and you got yours installed for free

My parents had to pay per poll installed to get electricity to the farm house & barns.

Residents what electricity then pay for it, roughly 9kms from last poll to end of the road.
I don't give a damn whether people/posters like me or dislike me, I'm not on earth to win any popularity contests.

Yes sir, been there also, a couple times.
Certainly wasn't a cheap outlay/payment plan.
