Many would say exactly the same about the NDP in a majority position.

^^^This.

And this will be an NDP without the moderating influence of Carole James.

True, but I don’t think we should write them off based on what they MIGHT do.

The fact is we kept them in the political wilderness for years, based on what they MIGHT do. Yet once in Government, they actually have done a fairly credible job (even GB admitted that). So I think they’ve earned the opportunity to continue governing for at least one more term.

If they screw up, I’ll be one of the first leading the charge to get rid of them. But I’m willing to let them prove that these past 3 years weren’t just a blip. It’ll be a pleasant change not having to “hold my nose” and vote for a Party we all know had become corrupt from being in power for so long.

Give them the benefit of the doubt when they've just proven their party is their biggest priority by calling an early election?

No, thanks.

Big, big difference between a minority and a majority government.

Good Luck to each and every one of them.

We need more indigenous people in Government, because the best way forward is us all working collaboratively to build our common future.

If that was posted by a Liberal candidate, the Liberals clearly need a better vetting process!
