and yet if the BC Conservatives had not run candidates in certain strategic ridings last election, the NDP would never have had the chance to grab power with the Greens. The NDP's combination of losing two ridings to their stupid and racist nomination rules, and the BC Conservatives not running a candidate in Comox last election would have handed the BC Liberals a majority. Shows how even small decisions can have big consequences.
Canadians were tricked into returning the same failed party to power by two things. The lie that Trump Tariffs are the greatest threat of our lifetime, and an assertion that Carney has some magical ability to control Trump.

Shame on us.

You do realize that the provincial Liberals are (mostly) unrelated to the Federal Liberals, right?
Get over the name. Pick a candidate that most closely aligns with your beliefs.

Easy solution for the next provincial election.
Run as a candidate yourself. With some fresh, local ideas you may actually have a chance of winning.

I am a little surprised the BC Liberals haven't re-branded to distance themselves from the Federal Liberals, as the BC Liberals are much closer to the old federal PC party.

And also, look at how stinky the Federal Liberal brand has become in the last five years. Synonymous with corruption, ethics violations, bloated massive spending with no plan in sight, and utter lying. The BC Liberals should consider going with "The United Conservative Party" or something to that effect.

I asked this in another thread, has enough time past that they could go back to their original name of the Social Credit Party.
I don't give a damn whether people/posters like me or dislike me, I'm not on earth to win any popularity contests.
