Who is this person trying to say that Biden has always had a stutter? Does he not realize that there are dozens of videos out there of Biden lying through his teeth plagiarizing other leaders speeches and he is not stuttering at all. If you are going to make a statement as if it is a matter of fact then at least do 15 minutes of research, because if Biden used to stutter then I accidentally speak Chinese with zero knowledge of the language.

Yes you can watch videos of him even in the late 70s and no stutter. They are just trying to cover for his neurological decline. The media is a disgrace.

But even historical videos you can see he has pretty much the same speech pattern as today and the occasional stutter. Here is he is nearly 50 years ago
