VSAR, having a busy Weekend

Post by GordonH »

wth... Hey folks please get at least some basic common sense, instead of having people come out and search for you.

I don't give a damn whether people/posters like me or dislike me, I'm not on earth to win any popularity contests.

I'm sorry but I got to say I really hate condescending comments like yours. Like people can foresee the future. That's exactly why there are Services set up like this for the unforeseen events that life brings. Don't tell people to use common sense because nobody can see the future.

No but people can be prepared for anything that might happen.
My Wife asked me if I knew what her favorite flower was?

Gotta agree. We know nothing about these incidents and how reckless the people involved were or weren't.

C'mon Gordon, tis the season for Merriment and good cheer! :130:

I've never needed them, but we are very lucky to have them.

I had buddy who needed them and he was as embarrassed as helll.

I don't think he knows to this day how many people his wife told but we didn't roast him. Should have, but didn't.

I too am glad they are available.
I will also add that too many people seem to be
venturing into unfamiliar terrain with less than adequate
preparation and/or skills.

When venturing forth, being prepared for self rescue before heading out
is a good rule of thumb.
