McDonald's Spam burger, any other ideas?

I always thought their regular patties were made with Mystery Meat, so other than adding Oreos what's the difference

Lets have some fun here.
If you could design some Crazy McDonald's Burger, what would you put on the menu?

Me, being a Vegetarian would design a Veggie patty with Black Eyed Pees and ensure that there are some whole pees on the surface. Looking like they are watching you.
Cooked in some Beet juice to add the red blood look.

How about the Corona Burger? It comes in hospital bed shapped box and the napkins resemble masks. It's a mung bean-based vegetarian burger seasoned with tumeric, garlic and hot "secret" spices rumoured to ward off viruses.

Spam has been on the McDonald’s menu in Hawaii for a very long time. I used to chuckle to myself in a Monty Pythonesque way when ordering Spam and Eggs.

The MacPython burger:

Chinese steamed bun with a minced python patty, sea weed topping with Hoy Sin sauce, served with a side of 1/2 cooked shredded potatoes.

For desert, a confectionery known as "Crunchy Frog" covered in chocolate.

I Stole that last one from an early Monty Python episode; "Whizzo Chocolates"!

Awhile back I had to get some testing done and had to fast before taking them.

I was starving and had to go to work so I stopped and grabbed a couple of egg mcbarffins.

My God they were horrible! Never again!
