Who stayed up til midnight to make sure 2020 left the building? Oddly I did not. Hit the sheets by 10:30 declarin' myself officially Old.

Didn't sleep so much as passed out. Oddly I made it through the night til the alarm went off, this is rare.

2021, I know you're gonna tell 2020 to hold your beer.

Same here - there was really no point to it. Usually, we go to our friends' house and do the New Years thing. Instead, stayed at home, crustless pizza for dinner from Pizza Factory. Watched some Star Wars Rebels with our son, then sat and read for a bit and then I was done, so off to bed. Woke up with a headache, too. Slept wrong (this ageing thing bites).

We don't have much on our wish list for 2021, but two things that we really want to hear,

1. This is your Captain speaking. As we fly back east to see our son. And we're going Business Class!

2. This call for the first seating in the dining car. As we travel home on Via Rail.
