The Value of Human Life calculator

Post by stuphoto »

I found a Canadian Human Life calculator
https://www.cchwebsites.com/content/cal ... Value.html

No wonder they are allowing buildings too big for our fire departments to handle.
If your life is valued at $600,000 and the apartment you just bought is worth $750,000 they just made $150,000 if it burns to the ground tomorrow killing you.

Apparently, I'm worth millions. Where do I request a cheque?

I don't give a damn whether people/posters like me or dislike me, I'm not on earth to win any popularity contests.

Putting a price tag on life is a valid argument, and I believe insurance companies are in a business of doing that. However, I have no ideas what this has to do with the pricing of real estate.

I grade school we had this kid's insurance, and we all thought what you got for losing a hand was a fortune
I won't try that human calculator, can't put a price on perfection :)

Honest - I think it was $5000 a hand, $10,000 and eye
Makes you wonder who came up with that Math
Nothing for falling from the top of the monkey bars hitting rungs
I was a bit hopeful
Bet the insurance company never paid a dime " oh, he lost his hand at home, then came to school"
I'm so old everywhere was lawless - not even signs saying " at your own risk"

I know some people who only seem to know sign language using one finger.
Since it's their only form of communication, it should be worth millions :200:
