Payette, this poor excuse for a human had a very narrow "comfort zone" in life where she was accepted (maybe she wasn't). Outside of that world of hers she was a COMPLETE FAILURE.....

I would give anything to have a resume like hers and to have had the experiences she has.

I agree with you she is not a failure.

I do feel she was not suited for the position she held and that appears to be evident.

You can be well educated and fit in with some groups. I feel to be in a position of manager or leader, you need some education in that area. If you do not have it, many times you lead as you were led.

I was very fortunate to have many training courses. I took the admirable qualities from each of my previous Sergeants. In the end I had no problems with any subordinates.

When Payette was criticized by most everyone in her office, I think there is a problem with her ability in management of people and working with others.

I think this is an example of The Peter Principal. It's not that she isn't smart, educated and capable but she seems incapable of leading others without serious conflict. I believe she expects too much of them and is also to private to be in the publics eye at all times.

Both pension for failing to complete a contract, and this expense account truly boggles my mind. They must have in the day set up their own conditions.

As a tax payer, I think this needs to be addressed and stop A.S.A.P.

After-all the only selection criteria was that the GG and SGG would be female which makes sense to liberals. Since THIS is official government policy, and Payette's employees were liberal, they should be forced to endure the torture let alone complain about it as proof-of-concept for how hiring on gender alone is not a good idea. The whole scandal is not just rare, it is thoroughly unprecedented. The male who put her there demonstrates complete inability to hire the right people for any job.
