He is a serial rapist at the least.
The only good thing is he's in jail.
If he ever gets out, it will be the wrong message to a 1,000 scumbags like him that you can get away with it.
14 years old, drugged, he's another Jeffrey Epstain. I hope he doesn't get the opportunity to kill himself, or get killed.

The CBC story is very interesting.
They chased him for years (as the local police were bought and paid for), but he had thugs follow the reporters. I'm sure that's the least of his doings besides being a paedophile rapist.
