Tk'emlups man staging fast, vision quest in opposition to Trans Mountain pipeline expansion project.
Jeffrey McNeil-Seymour said there should be no further development of “tar sands, bitumen, pipeline and pipeline worker camps, nor should waterways and salmon populations continue to be poisoned by these endeavours.”

This guy has set up right where the pipeline will cross the Thompson River. Construction in that area is ongoing right now so it won't be long before the stuff hits the fan.
It'll be interesting to see the response by the authourities as this will be a prelude to the antics of the Lower Mainlanders.

There's another protest camp, "The Tiny House Warriors" up by Blue River. But they don't have any support from the local natives.

The part I put in bold is nice to see. Groups command a lot of respect with statements such as this.

I guess these protests bring out all kinds. At least they're peaceful.

Last winter, or was it last fall, this group called themselves The Red Brigade.
I don't think they realized the real history behind that name.
I called them out in the local media, so maybe that worked.

Perhaps all first nations should be on the same page when it comes to the pipeline. It doesnt look good when one reservation takes hand outs from the pipeline to allow the pipeline to cross reservation land.

They will never all be on the same page. They are no different than any other race.

Heres a small minority protesting and bordering on violence, in complete opposition to the rest of their band.
Hopefully some real jail time comes from this trial.

I've never heard of a single race of people on this planet not having the same attributes as another. Maybe not as strong, slightly different, but all humans have the same capabilities.
A race using a narrative to portray they are something so special, so different from others, so Elite will and always has come back eventually to prove itself so very wrong.
The narrative pushed upon Canadians has always been false. Our media sources have always played into victim hoods for news. Always ignoring very obvious traits and other facts to push the cause.
Most of us saw this coming. Its been rammed down our throats far too hard and fast and no its being clearly shown the true side.
As it goes for the pipeline cause. As usual its all about the money. Clue in people.
I would just once love to see any one with such a cause lead by an example. Give up your gas 1 ton truck. Switch over to electric heat, what ever. Stop driven to your protest camps and hike.
Just for once take a stand against yourself and your hypocrisy's.
