Politicians frivolous spending

So, I've been reading a story about Sukh Gill and his frivolous spending that is now being audited by a third party.

Journalists even put together a database of all expenses by year and category which is fascinating to glance through:

Would it be cool to have such a database for every single politician we elect? If this much frivolous spending is happening in small town in BC, with just one politician (who after leaving gets half a million pay-out and pension) - imagine what's happening in bigger cities, with bigger budgets. What's happening on the Federal level?

It's our money after all. Wouldn't be great to log into a database and see what they're spending money on day-by-day?

I remember Jack Layton and his wife were always spendaholic all stars in their day. But they were NDP so it was totally cool.
