All things Jay Hill/ Maverick Party

Post by oldtrucker »

All things Jay Hill and his crew. https://www.maverickparty.ca/team
All things...'The Maverick Party'.

These guys are getting more momentum than most predicted they would....
No, they don't stand a chance of forming gov't....but they do stand a chance of illuminating how disillusioned people in western Canada are getting with the mainstream parties that seem to have lost their way.

A few assumptions that Jay Hill makes that reveal that this party will fall flat:

1. The Alberta assumption that the economy will get bigger and bigger and better and better forever and ever. It won't. Alberta had it's chance when oil was king and they let all the wealth slip through their fingers and they never saved a cent. He can't flip a switch and turn on the wealth again.

2. The belief that things are bad and going to get worse and it's all the fault of eastern Canada. The might get worse, but it's your own damn fault.

3. That Westerners are united and there is a desire to separate. They just aren't.

4. That a strict conservative government is the answer. Right now the pendulum in most of world is starting to swing the other way.

What is 'strict' about the Maverick Party?
They aren't really conservative, not right or left.....they are for western Canada interests.
And the pendulum has swung so far to the left now even some extreme left wingers are seeing how stupid thing have become.

I mean, Harper didn't support it, Trudeau did, and I can't find much of where O'Toole stands . . ..
^^^ I think it's because they don't support the UN's globalist wealth distribution give Canada away 'whether you like it or not' agenda.
JT supports anything give Canada away/UN agenda.
OToole....probably wherever the wind blows the most votes through the door on that one.

Give Canada away to our Indigenous people?
No....I was referring to selling out to meet UN agendas

Ya....To kill any whiff of Canadian interests, nationalism, national identity, national pride etc....it makes it easier to fill the place up with 140 million like the UN and JT want. And when that agenda comes closer to being-as in 2.8 billion from Asia/ 1 billion from Africa having full access to Canada , anyone that thinks that FN issues will mean anything is snorting ground up unicorn horn. Any remaining FN culture/issues and 'old stock' or traditional Canadian culture (Quebec excluded of course) will be wiped.

I would have tried to start a party like this 10 years ago if I had the personal $$$ to not worry about having a job.
I'm glad that the leader is a former MP....even if I won the lottery and/or anyone had the personal finances to concentrate on the party 24/7,there would still be no political credibility. This leader has that political credibility.

You might want to take BC off that list. They are too far gone down the left, liberal ,woke path that I think they will have the least interest in the Maverick party even though Jay Hill is in BC

I think you should call them, take out a membership, gain their trust and run-regardless of who or what is in your riding, regardless if you can spell or not . :smt045

I really hope this party takes off with Conservatives.

Nothing better than splitting the vote on the right.
Guess they didn't learn the last time??

The most hilarious thing is that their supposed "platform" is EXACTLEY the same as the old "Reform" party.
20 years later....
HILARIOUS..lol :130:

I liked what he said in the video. I am definitely going to look into this party further as we do need a change and I'm willing to give anybody else would change that doesn't sound like he's talking out of his *bleep*. Trudeau really should be in jail for what he's done to Canada.
You don't learn when you are talking. You can only learn while you're listening.
