Can you show us in Canadian political funding law where any corporation or BigBank is able to fund a political party?
I just wish that the NDP would stop bending over backwards appealing to the dumbest wokest furthest Left in their party and instead tried to get more into the center to syphon votes away from Justin. Babbling on about how you have to go after banks is just such a loser strategy designed to appeal to only the dumbest in our society. Come on Jagmeet - you have a golden opportunity to wrest away a bunch of the woke from Justin's greasy grip - do it already!!

Tsk tsk Jagmeet.

Pro tip: just tell Canadians they experienced your breaking protocols differently than you did. That'll get you out of all kinds of crappy situations.

When I saw that goof crying in the House of Commons about the London attack I wanted to puke. I can not stand this man. I've never been a fan of the NDP but I did break down and vote for them provincially for the first time ever such was my disdain for the Campbell/Clark Liberals.

I will never, ever vote NDP Federally as long as Jughead is their leader.

I am surprised he has not been called out (that I have seen yet) for politicizing this tragedy by being so dramatic, OK to discuss it, just do not be so overly emotive.

I agree that hate crimes must be controlled, but really wonder if we don't already have the laws and just are not enforcing them. One thing we do not need is a mish mash of laws for every nationality, color, sexual orientation and religion. All that does is cause division and a sort of competition to see who can get noticed the most and get the most attention. We need to beef up our hate crime laws for everyone as necessary and actually ENFORCE them. One of the biggest problems Canada has today is not enforcing the laws we already have in place.

Just Like BLM and many mother groups and people Jagmeet should be worrying about everyone and how the laws are enforced not just focusing on one particular group.
Consider how hard it is to change yourself and you'll understand what little chance you have of changing others.

The happiest of people don't necessarily have the best of everything, they just make the most of everything that comes their way.

They say that we in Canada follow in the foot steps of what happens across the border from us , and the United States are calling hate groups domestic terrorist organizations and they are referring to hate crimes as domestic terrorism . They are stating that racism and discrimination is victimizing , terrorizing and traumatizing people of color because of the hate people of color are dealing with . You have white police officers stating that they can not wait for the race war to start and this is based on people's hate towards someone's skin color .

My opinion is that this has everything to do with the white races fear of becoming a minority and the declining white birth rates around the world ,and all you have to do is go to YouTube and search white races fear of becoming a minority and watch the videos and educate yourself on the reality what the future holds for the next generations of the white race . To me it does not matter who the politicians are and what political party they belong to , I am hoping that they start looking into the spiritual and humanity aspects that we all live with in order to make a difference for the people that are suffering today and to use that difference to make the world a better place for all future generations to live in .

Congratulations to Jagmeet and his lovely wife Gurkiran on the pending birth of their first child!

Jagmeet Singh’s wife wears $1,124 dress for maternity shoot as the NDP plans to tax ‘luxury goods’

As Jagmeet Singh’s NDP unveiled their plan to tax ‘luxury goods’ last night, Singh’s wife, fashion designer Gurkiran Kaur Sidhu, was wearing a $1,124 dress in the couple’s baby announcement photos posted on social media.

Zimmermann dresses typically sell for anywhere between $500 to $2650.

The photo was shared on social media just hours before the NDP released its election platform — which included several references to raising taxes on the rich and imposing new taxes on luxury items.

The platform, which is uncosted, proposes sweeping new changes to the tax system and focuses primarily on hiking taxes for “super-rich” Canadians.

Notably, the NDP wants to impose a new tax on “luxury items.”

The article talks about his lavish lifestyle and his own treasure trove of luxury items, including a BMW, multiple Rolex watches, expensive designer suits and an “absurd” collection of bikes.

“He wears bespoke suits in the slim British style—his favourite is a brown tweed with cobalt-blue stripes, designed by a tailor in New Delhi, which he often pairs with a millennial-pink turban. He owns two Rolex watches, an Oyster Perpetual Datejust and a Submariner (both were gifts); a crimson BMW coupe; and six designer bicycles.”

True North reached out to the NDP to see if the Zimmermann dress or Singh’s Rolex watches would be taxed under a proposed NDP luxury tax regime, but did not receive a response in time for publication.

I agree. Antifa are pure scum. What they do definitely qualifies as "hate" for sure. If they are arresting Antifa for hate crimes in the US, they should arrest them in Canada too. Makes sense to me.

What crime has any Canadian Antifa committed?
